01 /SERVICE DESCRIPTION

PredicTourney ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is a high-performance web platform hosting bracket-style stock prediction tournaments. Users duel head-to-head in real-time single-elimination brackets, forecasting key equity metrics (Open, High, Low, Close, and Volume) against actual market close values. Matchmaking utilizes the professional Glicko-2 Elo rating system to dynamically rank and place analytical competitive traders.

02 /NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE OR MARKET DATA

All tournament data, stock symbols, and matching predictions generated by players or represented by the platform exist solely within a competitive game framework. No information on PredicTourney constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, equity, or derivative. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax planning.

03 /TOURNAMENTS, BRACKETS & SEEDING

Tournaments are generated dynamically using automated system processes:

• Bracket Assembly: Single-elimination brackets are automatically compiled and generated as soon as a tournament lobby becomes full or reaches its registration deadline.
• Elo Alignment: Competitors are matched using Glicko-2 ranking standards. Players earn or lose Elo points based on tournament performance.
• Accuracy Scoring: Each match winner is decided based on their submitted forecast accuracy (defined by cumulative closeness to official actual market end-of-day reports across Open, High, Low, Close, and Volume).

04 /PRIZE LOOT DROPS & ELIGIBILITY

PredicTourney operates promotional tournaments with physical battle-station loot drops (e.g. high-end peripherals, MacBook setups, or premium drop drops):

Note: Standard delivery constraints apply. Shipments are subject to availability and compliance checks. Vouchers may be offered in jurisdictions where physical delivery of specific hardware is restricted.

05 /USER RESPONSIBILITY & SKILL VERIFICATION

As an analysis arena, success relies entirely on user-driven forecasting skill. Since PredicTourney does not provide brokerage systems, trade integrations, or market analysis charts inside the platform:

• Independent Research: Users are solely responsible for executing their own research, market calculations, and analysis on third-party charting systems prior to committing their predictions.
• System Fair-Play: To maintain tournament integrity, any automated scripting, bot usage, multi-accounting, duplicate registrations, or analytical manipulation is strictly prohibited and will trigger automatic IP-level ban events.

06 /NO REVENUE & PLATFORM STABILITY

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

PredicTourney is a desaturated, compliance-focused predictive platform. We make no warranty that our matchmaking algorithm, Elo evaluations, or database sync services will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will our platform liability exceed the total fee paid to the platform (which remains $0 for standard prediction matching).

07 /REGULATORY SECURITY & GOVERNING LAW

PredicTourney is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, or any banking authority. Users are responsible for confirming that participation in free skill-based market tournaments is fully compliant with state and local regulations in their respective jurisdictions.

Any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration.

08 /CONTACT PROTOCOL
